child anxiety is tough on families
Parenting anxious kids isn’t easy.
Especially right now when everybody’s anxiety is a lot higher!
- How do we protect them and support them?
- How do we encourage them to face their fears?
- How do we teach them to cope with whatever life throws their way?
- And how do we do this with the least amount of conflict, the fewest tears, and the most connection and understanding?
This is what I help parents do. I help them break the patterns that anxiety inflicts on our relationships and teach them how to be the loving caregiver their anxious child needs.

What folks say
Testimonials
Thanks to the families who have generously allowed me to share their kind words here!
On the very first day I saw mini breakthroughs and it just kept going. I’m really so grateful to be connected to you. You’ve helped me so so so much understand things about myself and [my child]. I just think the way you put things is really understandable and friendly, I always feel lead along and not lectured.
Daphne, parent to an anxious child
I’m a single parent with a full-time job, and finding time for anything extra is tough. Your program’s flexibility was what made it possible for me to join. Being able to connect and get support at any time, without having to schedule an appointment weeks in advance, meant I could actually do this. I loved how I felt you were always there in the app. I never felt alone!
Elise, parent to an anxious child
Thank you for welcoming our family, Dawn. We felt supported and understood by you and never felt judged. Meeting in ClarityFlow felt like a safe place for us to talk things out with you and with each other, which eliminated a lot of the conflict between me and my partner.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with children?
I do not. My support and programs are based on the extensive research around the importance of teaching parents how to coach their anxious children and teens. My training includes the Yale Child Study Center program, Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and additional continuing education around parent support, anxiety, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Do you take insurance?
I do not. I am not working under my license and am acting as a parent educator. Our time together is solution focused and supportive. Further, I do not assess or diagnose (or even meet with) the children. Finally neither ClarityFlow nor my course software is HIPAA compliant.
What if I still have questions?
I encourage you to reach out to me. You can email your questions or schedule a quick 20-minute consult call.
